Dalgona Coffee

Dalgona is originally known as Korean Sponge Candy.
Recently, Dalgona Coffee has been a trend on TikTok. So, to make sure that I didn't miss out on the trend, I also tried it out!

IMPORTANT POINTS TO TAKE NOTE!

• Use instant coffee powder, DON'T USE 3 in 1 coffee
• Ratio of all the ingredient is 1:1
• Use electric mixer to save time but you can always beat the mixture with hand

Ingredients:

• 2 Tablespoons instant coffee powder
• 2 Tablespoons white sugar
• 2 Tablespoons hot water
• Milk
• Ice cubes

1. Pour the coffee, sugar and water into a bowl.

2. Mix the mixture to ensure everything is dissolve.

3. Beat the mixture until it is thick and creamy.

4. Add ice cubes into an empty cup and pour in the milk till it is at least 4/5 full.
5. Add the dalgona mixture on the top. It's suppose to float the top of the milk.
6. Sprinkle a little coffee powder on the top.
7. Enjoy!
